THE MAGIC TOUCH POLICIES 

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Non-refundable booking fee to reserve. This fee is deducted from the total at checkout. The Magic Touch requires 24-hour notice for cancellations or changes to your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Guests cancelling within 24 hours of their appointment are subject to a $45 cancellation fee.


48-HOUR RESCHEDULE POLICY
This non-negotiable, strictly enforced, policy means that 48-hours prior to the scheduled appointment the booking fee becomes non-transferable.

PETS As a courtesy to other clients we don't allow pets in our store. The only exception is service dogs but please give us a call in advance to notify us that you will be coming with an animal so we can make sure that none of our clients in store are allergic to animals.

REFUNDS 
The Magic Touch does not provide refunds for services provided. The Magic Touch does not provide refunds for training classes provided. In specific circumstances we will issue a credit toward any other service with us or training.

CLIENTS WITH CHILDREN
If you come to an appointment with children, please make sure you have someone who can supervise them with you. We cannot guarantee that one of our staff members can provide supervision while you'll be undergoing a procedure.
